What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee based on the total service cost. Rescheduling within this time frame will incur a 50% deposit that will go toward your next appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Zelle is preferred. Card or Venmo are also options. Please note, there is a 3.5% processing fee if you choose to use a card.
What if I want something adjusted to my hair after my initial appointment with you?
Adjustments: Within an awesome one-week window, you can request adjustments to your service if you aren't fully satisfied. Please note - adjustments are on a case-by-case basis and can not exceed the original service value.
Do you offer refunds?
No, there are no refunds.
Should I come with clean or dirty hair to my appointment?
Please come to your appointment with clean, product free hair. If need be, 1-2 days after hair wash day is okay depending on service.
Why can’t I book a Saturday appointment online?
Saturdays are not to be booked online due to demand. Please text me for availability as hours are limited.
What day is best to schedule for if I want to work from the salon?
Mondays and Tuesdays are the best days to come in if you want to work from the salon because I am the only stylist working. The salon is quieter.
